UN for Men Too

The Archive.

A statistics database for men's outcomes in which every cell carries its own primary source, split by sex, across years and places. The build that produces this page refuses any cell without a source, so the number you can see and the place it came from cannot drift apart. Both sexes are first-class here, always: the fairness rule of this site's census is the schema of this database.

Citing this archive. Cite the original source printed on each cell first; it is in every row of both downloads. For the compilation: UN for Men Too, The Archive, unformentoo.org/stats.json, retrieved on your date. Compilation license CC BY 4.0; each cell inherits its publisher's license, printed in the source registry inside stats.json.

Why this exists

Statistics about men's and boys' outcomes are scattered, unindexed, and quietly dropped from dashboards, which this site documents case by case. So we are collecting all of it, in one place, in public, permanently: every cell sourced to the institution that published it, every sweep reproducible from scripts held in the open, everything downloadable by anyone, forever. Nobody has built this before. It grows daily, and its whole method is that it cannot be taken down, because it is made of receipts.

Contribute

Two ways, both welcome. If you hold data this archive is missing, a national series, a study's tables, a registry nobody reads, send it with its source to the address below or answer any mailing: a cell only enters with a primary source attached, and contributors are credited unless they ask otherwise. And if you want the archive's growth in your inbox, with each new dataset explained, subscribe. The list is the same one the articles use: one-click unsubscribe travels with every mailing.

Data with sources: send it here. Wrong cell? The correction goes in the log, dated and credited.
